Wisdom Audio SA-2 DSP Power Amplifier
While many contemporary amplifiers waste 50% or more of the power they pull from the wall as heat, the SA-series amplifiers run at approximately 90% efficiency. As a result, more power is available for the loudspeaker, and less is wasted as heat in your room. Designed and built in the United States, the SA-2 DSP is a compact 2RU amplifier that delivers two channels of high-performance amplification at 500W per channel into four ohms, all channel-driven. This DSP model adds a DSP board, enabling all eight channels to provide the necessary digital active crossover, delay, gain, and digital EQ profiles, in addition to a Dante Digital Audio Input, and FIR Filters, for the ultimate in sound and loudspeaker setup and EQ.
The high efficiency of the SA-series design also means that the amplifiers can be placed in close proximity to each other, as in an equipment rack, without undue overheating.
